HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a Room Attendant for the Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX. Maintain guest rooms and building to ensure a clean and safe experience for guests and staff.

Duties include cleaning bathrooms, dusting, making beds, restocking supplies, and inspecting rooms for quality. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs for bedding, push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs, and communicate effectively with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel rooms and building for safe, clean experiences.
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens, lifting bedspreads up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, drawers, ledges, and shelves.
• Vacuum rooms and empty trash; replenish amenities and supplies.
• Sign for keys, restock rooms, and inspect for cleanliness.

No**Overview**Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.### **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** The following are specific contributions that must be developed during the training program in order to successfully complete the program and be placed in a hotel with or without reasonable accommodation: • Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping. • Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents. • Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs. • Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly. • Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash. • Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room. • Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
