Photon Brothers in Westminster, CO is hiring an entry-level Solar Installer I to join our growing operations team. This full-time role focuses on hands-on rooftop solar installation with on-the-job training provided.

You'll learn techniques for solar panel and battery installation, assist with layout and mounting, and communicate with customers professionally. Prior construction experience is valued, and a NABCEP or Electrical Apprentice license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Construction experience and comfortable on varied roofs.
• 0–1 years of experience.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Clean driving record for last 3 years and at least 5 years driving experience.
• Motivated and a team player.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Able to lift panels up to 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 30 times per day.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with solar panel and battery installation techniques.
• Assist with layout, assembly, and installation of solar arrays and mounting hardware.
• Assist with mechanical and structural mounting of racks, modules, and electrical equipment.
• Prepare and clean up the job site.
• Communicate with customers professionally.
