QXO in Miami is seeking a full-time delivery/warehouse associate to unload building products and shingles from rooftops or ground drop sites, ensuring safe handling and accurate loading. You’ll verify order contents and assist with delivery operations while adhering to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.

The role is physically demanding, outdoors in heat, with a 6:00am start and finish when work is done, Monday through Friday with possible overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working at heights with safety gear
• Outdoor work in heat and long hours
• Reliable transportation to branch location
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Safely unload building products and bundles of shingles from elevated load points
• Assist with rooftop and ground delivery operations as needed
• Verify order contents prior to loading onto the truck
• Support delivery operations and basic warehouse tasks
