Job description

Utilize your strength and reach new heights as a Rooftop Loader.

The Rooftop Loader will support the Driver at the Branch by loading the truck and riding with the Driver to the job site to unload building materials safely and efficiently. Materials will be unloaded onto the roof with attention to the Roofing Contractors' needs and the homeowners' property. This role offers opportunities to learn about our industry, new equipment, and business operations.

Experience and Abilities:

• Experience and interest in a physically demanding, labor-intensive position, lifting up to 100 lbs. properly, repeatedly, and daily
• Comfort working on roofs and at heights
• Basic math skills for inventory counts; English verbal and written skills to read purchase orders and communicate effectively with team members
• Prior roofing industry experience is a plus
• Reliability, safety consciousness, and teamwork
• Availability to work Monday through Friday with potential overtime during busy seasons
• Adopt the 'Make Money and Have Fun!' culture mindset
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to pass criminal background, driving record checks, and a pre-employment drug test
