Daikin Applied, the world's leading HVAC company, is seeking assemblers in Faribault, MN. The role offers starting wages of $27.64–$30.37 per hour with a $2.30 second-shift differential.

Shifts include Weekend 6:00am–6:30pm (Fri–Sun) and 2nd Shift 4:48pm–3:18am (Mon–Thu) at the Faribault South location. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a pension plan, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, stand for long periods in a fast-paced factory.
• Able to use hand tools for extended periods.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• High School Diploma or GED or 2+ years of related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble rooftop HVAC units from component parts.
• Perform assembly operations and move within the area to meet production needs.
• Use a computer for assembly drawings.
• Conduct a quality check on the unit before it leaves the assembly station.
• Participate in 5S procedures and safety initiatives.
• Assist in training new team members and provide input on performance.
• Coordinate workflow with team members to meet production needs.
