Job summary

G.T. Construction is launching a new satellite office in Jackson, MS and seeks driven Outside Sales Representatives to act as Roofing & Storm Restoration Brokers. This ground-floor role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a secure W-2 with strong benefits.

You will identify storm damage, guide homeowners through claims, and help protect their investments while receiving comprehensive paid training and opportunities for career advancement in a growing team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level and experienced welcome; paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required for company vehicle use.
• Door-to-door sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: prospect for new B2C business through daily door-to-door canvassing in targeted residential neighborhoods.
• Property Inspections: climb roofs, document storm damage with photos/videos.
• Customer Consulting: present findings to homeowners and explain scope and value of roofing systems.
• Claims Assistance: assist homeowners through the insurance claim process and meet with adjusters on-site.
• Contract Negotiation: close sales, sign contracts, aid with color/material selection, collect payments.
• Pipeline Management: use CRM to track leads and manage territory with excellent communication.
