Job summary

Royalty Roofing in North Canton, OH is seeking a Roofing and Siding Laborer to support our production team on residential and commercial projects.

You will assist foremen with installation and repair of roofing systems, handle tools, maintain sites, and ensure safety. Experience in exterior construction is preferred; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Some experience in commercial roofing or exterior construction preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job site.
• Willingness to follow supervisor directions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist foreman and supervisors on roofing and siding projects.
• Install and repair roofing systems (membrane, shingle, metal).
• Prepare, clean, and organize job sites.
• Safely handle tools and equipment.
• Lift heavy materials as required.
• Follow safety guidelines and communicate with team.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
