Roofing Service Technician

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Roofing Service Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for performing roof inspections, repairs, maintenance, leak investigations, and service work on commercial and residential roofing systems. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Location: Miami/Pompano Beach

Job Type: Full-Time

Classification: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing issues, including leaks and storm damage.
• Perform preventative maintenance and service work on a variety of roofing systems.
• Document findings with photographs and detailed service reports.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with emergency service calls when needed.

Qualifications

• Roofing experience preferred; service and repair experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to identify and repair common roofing issues on commercial and residential systems.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Clean criminal background.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in our drug-free workplace program.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
