Job summary

Advanced Roofing is seeking a Service Superintendent to manage the Service Department, ensuring safe, on-time and on-budget roofing repair and maintenance projects. You will lead field personnel, oversee daily operations, and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will be a key customer contact, driving operational excellence and supporting company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years field experience and roof repair.
• OSHA ten (10) hour safety course
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Able to climb ladders up to 60 ft tall and lift 100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Enforce branch objectives, policies, procedures and standards within corporate policy.
• Monitor quantity and quality of work performed by the branch.
• Foster safety, teamwork and discipline—leading foremen to efficient roof system installation.
• Represent the company professionally with customers, personnel and the public.
• Manage all production aspects to meet goals; assist with leak diagnosis and repairs.
• Provide takeoffs and proposals for customer requests.

Position Summary

• To represent the company in a professional manner in all dealings with customers, personnel and the public.
• To effectively manage all aspects of production to meet company and project goalsAssist and help diagnose difficult leaks.
• Provide takeoffs and proposals for customer requests.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required by the branch's operating needs or as directed.

• Ability to properly repair modified bitumen, B.U.R., P.V.C., T.P.O., E.P.D.M., tile and metal roof systems
• Good communication and writing skills
• Basic computer skills with knowledge of scanning. the ability to perform math calculations relevant to roofing workthe ability to teach others roof system installation skillsthe ability to identify and correct unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standardsthe knowledge to inspect and ensure attention to detail and quality
