Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial roofing or related sales experience.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with commercial property managers.
• Sell repairs and long-term service maintenance contracts.
• Work with crews to ensure all work is performed to the highest level.
• Create estimates for larger repairs, overlays, or re-roofs that align with predetermined profit margins.
