Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in the Jessup area is hiring an experienced Roofing Service Foreman to diagnose leaks, lead roof maintenance and manage small repair projects on commercial roofs. You will handle paperwork and time sheets, ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are followed, with year‑round work and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license in good standing; reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and access heights with ladders up to 25 feet.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays, out-of-town travel and overtime as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
