Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking Roofing Restoration Specialists to join our in-the-field, door-to-door team in Texas. You’ll meet homeowners, guide them through the insurance process, and manage restoration projects from start to finish.

Training is provided for 90 days, and your earnings come from base pay, per-claim bonuses, and commissions. No roofing experience is required—just drive, hustle, and the ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales or canvassing is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to explain insurance and restoration processes clearly.

Responsibilities
