Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Northwest, AR is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative – Project Manager. This 1099, commission-based role blends outside sales with project management, with opportunity to advance from Sales Representative to Project Manager as you build a client base.

You’ll generate leads through canvassing and storm outreach, inspect roofs, and walk homeowners through options from inspection to final payment.

About The Role

This role combines outside sales with project management. You must be comfortable with door-to-door sales. You’ll find your own customers through canvassing, referrals and storm outreach, along with some company-provided leads, and you’ll manage each job from the first inspection through final payment. New team members start as Sales Representatives, get paid while they train, and can be promoted to Project Manager.

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based position.

Training Phase: Sales Representative

• $5,000 training pay, earned as you file and get approval on your first 20 claims:
• $125 for each claim filed
• $125 for each scope received
• 25% commission on your first 5 builds, plus training pay
• If you’re promoted to Project Manager early, you keep earning training pay until you’ve filed 20 claims

Project Manager Compensation

You’re eligible after completing at least 5 builds from start to finish.

• 35% commission on every job (average commission is about $1,500 per job)
• Commission goes up as your closed sales grow:
• $250,000 closed → 40% commission
• $500,000 closed → 50% commission
• $750,000 closed → company truck + 50% commission

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• 18 or older with a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales. This is a core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined and goal-oriented
• Reliable vehicle that can carry a ladder. Company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Cell phone
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and able to manage several projects at once
