The Staff Pad is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives in a high-income, uncapped commission role with training provided. No roofing experience required; motivated, coachable candidates will be trained and supported to succeed.

You’ll meet homeowners, perform roof inspections, guide clients through insurance and the sales process, and close deals while building a scalable pipeline. Leads are provided, promotions can come quickly, and a flexible field-based schedule is offered.

• $90K–$100K Year 2
• $110K+ Year 3
• Uncapped commission – top reps earn well above this.
• Potential to surpass listed ranges based on performance.
