The Staff Pad partner organization is seeking Roofing Sales Representatives for their Milwaukee team. This high-income role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth.

No roofing experience is required, and training is provided to help you succeed. You will meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections, and guide customers through the insurance and sales process, closing deals and building a robust sales pipeline.

• Year1: $70K–$80K
• Year2: $90K–$100K
• Year3: $110K+
• Uncappedcommissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
