Job summary

Vault Roofing is hiring motivated sales professionals to build a rewarding career in residential roofing and exterior remodeling. You’ll participate in a comprehensive training program, receive company-provided appointments, and join a team that values hard work and integrity.

In this role, you will conduct 10–15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly, earn uncapped commissions, and have the potential to reach six figures in your first year through a mix of base pay and commission, with

• Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday, Saturdays are mandatory.
• In home sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Is coachable and eager to learn.
• Self disciplined and money motivated.
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week - No cold calling or door knocking required

• Base salary plus commission during the first 6 months. Fully commission after the first 6 month of employment

Schedule

• Monday through Friday appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pm
• Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm
