Job summary

Vault Roofing is looking for motivated Roofing Sales Representatives in Hartford, CT. This full-time role offers a path to high earnings with uncapped commissions, plus company-provided appointments and paid training.

Responsibilities include completing 10–15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly, driving to visits, and participating in ongoing coaching and meetings. A driver’s license and reliable transport are required, and sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week - No cold calling or door knocking required

• Complete a thorough two week training program with our dedicated sales training team
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday, Saturdays are mandatory
  • Schedule:
    • Monday through Friday appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pm
    • Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm.
• Strong communication skills
• Self disciplined and money motivated
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
