Job summary

Southern Roofing and Rennovations is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our growing team in Tupelo, MS. You will attract new customers for roofing, remodeling, and restoration services, working in the field and developing relationships with homeowners.

You\'ll earn uncapped commissions with an average earnings potential of $100,000+ per year, plus a vehicle stipend, logo gear and a comprehensive benefits package. Monday–Friday 10:00 am–7:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsibilities

• canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services
• work independently, time management and problem-solving abilities are required
• engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to assess the situation
• explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service
• track progress and adjust strategies to close more deals
