Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and direct outreach
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn roofing basics (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and commercial areas to identify potential roof needs
• Engage directly with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
• Generate leads, schedule inspections, and support customers through the sales process
• Document interactions and maintain accurate lead information
• Work closely with the owner and operations team to ensure smooth handoff from lead to project
• Represent RoofTop professionally and uphold our company values
• Meet activity goals and consistently follow the daily sales process
