Job summary

Stronghouse is seeking driven Independent Roofing Sales Contractors to join our field team. You’ll run your own business with the backing of a trusted brand, generating leads, meeting homeowners, and guiding projects from first contact to completion.

Expect total flexibility, the support of an established partner, and uncapped earning potential as you manage your pipeline and schedule on the road. Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Willing to learn and execute company standards.
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs.
• Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain).
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required).
