Sales Representatives will focus on closing deals with pre-qualified leads, supported by robust training and career growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have great negotiation skills, a valid driver’s license, and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience needed – full training provided.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.
