Job summary

Erie Home, a leading residential roofing solutions provider, is hiring Sales Representatives to protect homes with trusted roofing systems and pre-qualified leads. Expect paid training, weekly pay, uncapped commissions, and a clear path to management as the company grows nationwide.

You will focus on closing deals with pre-set appointments and demonstrations, leveraging innovative tools to measure and present solutions to homeowners.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience needed – we provide full training!
• Midday, evening, & weekend availability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with auto insurance, and the ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Start your day with a team meeting to strategize & prepare
• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm
• Conduct in-home sales presentations & product demos
• Use innovative software for precise measurements
• Assess damage through ladder or attic inspections – no need to get on the roof!
• Negotiate & close deals to meet homeowner’s needs
