The Staff Pad partners with a leading roofing company to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives for Naperville, IL. This high-income sales role features uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real growth potential.

No roofing experience? No problem—coachable and driven individuals will receive the training and tools needed to succeed. You will meet homeowners, perform roof inspections (training provided), and guide customers through insurance and the sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sales or canvassing is beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage homeowners.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle ladder-related tasks.
• Motivation, coachability, and drive to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to learn insurance and sales processes for roofing deals.
