Job summary

First-year earnings potential ranges from $125,000 to $250,000+. Expect a structured schedule with Monday–Saturday shifts and pre-set appointment times; this W-2 role includes benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic and drive for results.
• Comfort using a laptop, mobile device, and tablet for sales activities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week (no cold calling).
• Earn commission with self-generated business.
• Commute to pre-set appointments across Jacksonville, FL.
• Complete a two-week sales training program with our team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in ongoing coaching.
