The Staff Pad proudly partners with a leading roofing company to recruit motivated Roofing Sales Representatives for the Chattanooga, TN team. You’ll meet homeowners, generate new business, and learn the roofing and insurance process with comprehensive training.

You will receive uncapped commissions, strong support, and real potential for growth as you build your sales pipeline and referrals. Early earnings targets start around $70K–$80K with higher earnings as you perform.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and generate new business
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided)
• Guide customers through the insurance and sales process
• Close deals and manage your sales pipeline
• Build referrals and develop repeat business
