Roof Squad is seeking a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our technology-forward team in Los Angeles. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, plus paid training, with a clear path to senior roles as you build your own sales pipeline.

You will canvass neighborhoods, educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance claims, inspect roofs, document with photos/videos, and close deals on-site using our tech-enabled workflow. Bootcamp starts soon.

Qualifications

• Comfortable door-knocking and engaging homeowners.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• canvass residential neighborhoods to speak with homeowners about roofing needs.
• Educate customers on storm damage and insurance claims.
• Perform roof inspections using video and photo documentation.
• Use Google Workspace, Slack, and other tools to manage day-to-day and leads.
• Generate leads independently to build your sales pipeline; top performers may receive assigned leads.
• Build proposals and close deals on-site.
