Bartlett Roofing is seeking a driven Sales Representative to identify leads, meet homeowners, and drive the full roofing sales cycle—from inspection through closing. This hybrid, full-time role rewards performance with training, coaching, and substantial earning potential.

Ideal candidates are motivated, competitive, and comfortable engaging homeowners face-to-face, with a track record in door-to-door or field sales and a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Experience in door-to-door or in-person sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door)
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections
• Own the full sales cycle from inspection to closing
• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings
• Educate homeowners about services and insurance claims process
• Maintain professional communication in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
• Document all sales activities through mobile tools and CRM
