The Staff Pad partners with a leading, fast-growing roofing company to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives for the Memphis, TN area. This high-income role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and strong support to accelerate growth.

No roofing experience is required, and paid training will equip you to succeed. Earn in Year 1: $70K–$80K, Year 2: $90K–$100K, Year 3: $110K+, with top performers earning well beyond these ranges.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and generate new business.
• Conduct roof inspections (training provided).
• Guide customers through the insurance and sales process.
• Close deals and manage your sales pipeline.
