Shamrock Roofing & Construction is a residential roofing contractor serving homeowners across the Midwest and South. We’re known for quality work and community involvement, and we proudly hire veterans.

We’re adding sales consultants to our local team. As a sales consultant, you’ll meet homeowners, inspect roofs, explain repair and replacement options, and guide each project from inspection through final payment.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door outreach as a core part of the role.
• Reliable vehicle capable of carrying a ladder.
• Smartphone required.
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated, coachable and organized.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and provided leads.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and document any damage.
• Help homeowners understand the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present project proposals.
• Coordinate projects from signed agreement through completion and payment.
