Qualifications

• In home sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Able to work a 5-day week (Mon-Sat; Saturdays mandatory).
• Self-disciplined and money motivated; coachable and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10–15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn higher commissions for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments and complete training program.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in ongoing coaching.
