Job summary

Heritage Roofing & Construction is launching a Denver leadership track for experienced roofing sales pros. As a Manager in Training, you'll develop into Team Leader and Market Leader roles through a paid 180-day leadership development program in Dallas, TX before returning to Denver.

Expect base pay plus uncapped commissions during training, with industry-leading earning potential—$150,000+ first year, $300,000+ for top performers—plus bonuses, coaching, and a path to long-term management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year roofing sales experience.
• Proven history of generating residential roofing sales.
• Experience working with insurance restoration claims.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven.
• Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching others.
• Desire to build a long-term career in management.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through residential roofing sales.
• Manage restoration projects from inspection through completion.
