Heritage Construction Co., LLC is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to grow a personal book of business in the Plano, TX area. You’ll be the main contact from first conversation to project completion, with an experienced team supporting you every step.

You’ll build relationships, inspect properties, prepare estimates, and guide customers through the process. No roofing experience is required; we provide 90 days of paid training, mentorship, and the tools to learn the industry, sales process

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll become the primary point of contact for your customers — from the first conversation all the way through project completion.

You'll have the independence to build your own business while having an experienced team supporting you every step of the way.

After training, you'll earn a 25% uncapped commission structure.

Motivated representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000-$150,000+ in their first year, with the potential to earn significantly more as they build their pipeline and customer base.
