Erie Home is seeking a Roofing Sales Closer in the Pittsburgh area to close deals from pre-booked appointments. You will meet with the team each morning to plan, then travel to homes for in-home demos and closings using our digital software. A ladder-based safety routine applies—no roof walking.

No prior sales experience is required; the company provides elite paid training, plus full W-2 benefits and health coverage. Training and support help you maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation.
• Flexible midday, evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Meet with team in the morning to strategize.

• Conduct in-home demos using our digital software.
• Perform safety checks from ladder or attic (no roof walking).
