Erie Home is seeking a Sales Closer to convert pre-booked appointments into sales. You will travel to customer homes, conduct in-home demos, and close deals using our digital tools. No cold calling or door knocking is required.

/top earners exceed $250K with a 100% commission structure, while the average first year rep earns in the $85K–$135K range, with weekly pay and full W-2 benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, family leave, and a company 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we provide elite, paid training.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team in the morning to strategize.
• Drive to pre-booked afternoon/evening appointments.
• Use our digital software for in-home demos.
• Inspect from a ladder or attic (no walking on roofs).
