Erie Home is hiring in Ashland, VA to close in-home appointments with homeowners who want to buy. You will meet in the morning, travel to pre-booked appointments, and present using our digital software. No roof work required; ladder safety is essential.

No prior sales experience is required as we provide elite, paid training, plus comprehensive W-2 benefits and a clear path to high earnings. This is a field-based full-time role with flexibility for weekend shifts.
