Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a QA Technical Representative (Roofing Inspector) in Austin, TX.

This full-time, salary position includes a company vehicle, cell phone, tablet and expense account, with duties focused on on-site roof inspections, warranty issuance and contractor guidance. The role requires experience in commercial roofing, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in commercial low slope roofing, construction, roof inspection or quality assurance.
• Strong motivation, organization, time management, documentation and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong work ethics (punctual, dependable, and trustworthy).

Responsibilities

• Physically inspect roof installations for quality and workmanship.
• Issue the roof warranty in accordance with Duro-Last specifications.
• Make repairs to Duro-Last roofs.
• Conduct on-site training classes and offer guidance to contractors in proper roof installation.
• Provide support to Duro-Last contractors and sales reps in territory.
• Schedule inspections and repairs and prepare reports for warranties.
• Other job duties as assigned.
