Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking an on-site Construction Supervisor (Roofing) to lead roofing crews and ensure high-quality installation of energy-efficient systems in San Antonio. You will act as the primary on-site contact for homeowners, coordinating communication, issue resolution, and follow-through with customers.

Responsibilities include supervising crew activities, enforcing safety, reviewing plans, inspecting work, troubleshooting field challenges, and maintaining strong client relations

Qualifications

Experience supervising roofing crews on active sites.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation quality and inspections.
Ability to read and interpret plans and job specifications.
Focus on safety and risk management.
Clear communication and customer-focused problem solving.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise roofing crew activities on active job sites.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
Review project plans and specifications to support accurate installations.
