Job summary

Hometown Restoration Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated Project Manager & Estimator to lead roofing and restoration projects from inception to completion. You will meet with homeowners and commercial clients, prepare estimates, develop scopes, and coordinate crews, schedules, and materials to ensure exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are organized, self-driven, and experienced in roofing and construction with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, restoration, or construction estimating preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial property inspections.
• Prepare accurate roofing and construction estimates.
• Meet with property owners, maintenance directors, and property managers.
• Develop project scopes, pricing, and proposals.
• Coordinate project schedules, crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor job progress to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Perform quality control inspections before, during, and after project completion.
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding project updates.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain project documentation, photos, contracts, and change orders.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and local building codes.
