Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, seeks an experienced Roofing Production Foreman in the Bloomington, MN area. Lead a crew of 5–6, ensure safety, quality, and timely execution while coordinating with field supervisors and customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in general roofing, knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in general roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) also a plus.

Responsibilities
