Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record.
• Able to lift 100 lbs and work on ladders.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Able to pass background and drug tests.
• Basic roofing tool knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform roofing duties including tear offs and material handling.
• Keep work areas clean and organized on-site.
• Transport tar and roofing supplies to work areas.
• Maintain and operate roofing equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform roofing duties associated with roof tear offs: scraping with force, shovelling heavy material, transporting material
• Remove clutter on roof while maintaining a clean and neat work environment
• Transport hot tar from kettle to work area
• Clean and maintain roofing equipment
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required

Experience

• No experience required! We will train you!

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
• Ability to lift 100 LBS or more.
• Knowledge of basic roofing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and able to comply with variable work schedules.
• Capable of bending over most of the day and working on knees excessively throughout the day.
• Ability to withstand demands of extreme weather conditions and high temperatures.
• Able to pass a government background check per project requirements.
