Responsibilities include site prep, debris removal, and assisting with insulation and roofing material installation, while meeting fast-paced and physically demanding conditions. Drivers license required; pays weekly.

Qualifications

• Education: High school/GED preferred but not required.
• Experience: General construction experience preferred.
• Driver’s License: Required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Remove debris from roofs and surrounding work areas.
• Assist with installing insulation, vapor barriers, and roofing materials.
• Assist with installing and repairing roofing systems using materials such as metal, shingles, slate, asphalt, aluminum, wood, and single-ply systems.
• Apply adhesives, sealants, caulking, and roofing cement as needed.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, vehicles, and other job-related equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and identify potential hazards.
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
