Simon Roofing is seeking Roofing Laborers/Apprentices to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic and basic roofing knowledge, you can become a commercial roofing professional with us.

We provide extensive paid training to replace or restore low-slope roofing systems. The role offers competitive hourly pay ($16.00-$20.00), three annual bonus opportunities, and benefits including PTO, health coverage, life insurance, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of roofing or construction labor experience.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent within 6 months of employment.
• Driver’s License is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials on the job site.
• Apply roofing products to specifications.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Complete tasks on time and follow Foreman/Lead directions.
