Job summary

The role includes creating client reports on a tablet and assisting the Foreman with crew direction, training, and communication. Must have 3+ years roofing trade experience; proficiency with Leister welders and handheld tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing or related trade experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to operate tablets and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM).
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch (preferred).
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support Foreman with communication, training, and directing crew members.
