Building Engineering-Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Roofing Inspector/Project Field Technician to join our team in the Miami, FL market. The role requires roofing experience and involves site visits, reporting, and technical support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years actively working in the construction industry; with at least two years specifically in roofing installation, inspection or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
• Go onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Produce reports based on investigations.
• Assist with the preparation of construction specifications.
• Provide technical support to staff, as required.

We are currently seeking a Roofing Inspector/Project Field Technician to join our team in the Miami, FL market. This position is considered regional however, out of market travel will be required to support other branches/markets.

Previous Roofing Experience is required, RRO or RRC certification preferred.

Compensation

• This position is Non-exempt with paid overtime and the potential for quarterly performance-based bonuses.
• The salary is competitive and generally exceeds the national average.
