Job summary

Building Engineering-Consultants, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Roofing Inspector/Project Field Technician with two years of roofing experience to join our team. You will go onsite to construction sites to provide support, assess issues, and produce investigations reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years actively working in the construction industry; at least two years specifically in roofing installation, inspection or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting building envelope issues.
• Go onsite to construction sites to provide support and quality analysis.
• Produce reports based on investigations.
• Assist with the preparation of construction specifications.
• Provide technical support to staff as required.
• Attend trade shows, seminars and educational programs to stay current.
• Domestic and international travel required.
