A leading roofing contractor in Nashville, TN is seeking a Roofing Foreman and Roofers. The role entails supervising and training a crew, ensuring safety and quality in operations. Ideal candidates will have two or more years of general roofing experience and possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Valid state driver's license (in good standing).
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to 25 feet.

• Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures

Roofers/Laborers Job Summary

• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in general roofing
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus
• Bilingual also a plus
