Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on roofing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a foreman or lead role.
• Proficiency in steep‑slope and/or low‑slope roofing systems.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project specifications.
• Solid understanding of job site safety regulations and fall protection requirements.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to manage a crew with professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Ensure proper installation of roofing systems including shingles, underlayment, flashing, and related materials
• Enforce job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
• Coordinate daily workflow, material staging, and crew scheduling to meet project deadlines
• Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to management
• Inspect completed work for quality control and adherence to specifications
• Train and mentor junior roofers and laborers on best practices and techniques
