Simon Roofing seeks a Roofing Foreman in Nashville, TN. You will lead crews, enforce safety, and oversee removal and replacement of various roof systems while keeping clients informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• 2+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew.
• Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems.
• Willing to work in varying heights and weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform work in accordance to safety guidelines and job specifications

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience
• 2+ years of leading a commercial roofing crew
• Extensive knowledge of low sloped roofing systems
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Willing to work in at varying heights and weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel when necessary
• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet
• 21 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
