Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing assemblies.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb to heights of 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise large-scale new construction projects with multiple roofing systems.
• Work closely with General Contractor on schedule adherence and scope changes.
• Maintain safety on job site according to safety plans.
