Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Franklin, OH invites an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee multiple production crews on commercial/industrial roofing projects. You will conduct pre- and post-job inspections, plan labor needs, and maintain safe, productive sites while keeping customers informed daily.

You will collaborate with the Warehouse Manager for material orders, monitor subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to CentiMark's standards for quality

Qualifications

• Must have good working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety.
• A valid state driver's license (in good standing) is required
• 3+ year's supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
• Experience with: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems
• Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
